Lisa Osman is a partner and former Chair of Dorsey's Trademark, Copyright, Advertising & Brand Management group. She has extensive experience counseling clients in a wide range of business sectors. She counsels clients in all aspects of trademark protection and brand development and strategy across a large variety of industries including consumer products, financial services, telecommunications, software, and medical devices. Her experience spans domestic and international trademark clearance, prosecution and portfolio development, enhancement and management, advertising and marketing counseling, trademark licensing, endorsement and sponsorship arrangements, intellectual property asset acquisitions, Internet and domain name issues, and infringement matters.

Lisa has handled numerous trademark actions before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and several copyright and trademark cases in U.S. Federal Courts.
