Lisa Goyer concentrates her practice on qualified retirement plans, employee welfare benefit plans and non-qualified deferred compensation plans. For over 10 years she has advised public and private clients, major financial institutions and not-for-profit organizations on a variety of retirement and welfare plan matters, including issues involving fiduciary responsibility under ERISA; plan asset investment and executive deferred compensation programs.
Lisa has been a regular speaker on various employee benefit topics before employer groups, including the Profit Sharing/401(k) Council of America and the Illinois Hospital Association. She has contributed articles on retirement plan design and fiduciary responsibility to publications such as Profit Sharing Magazine and Trusts and Investments. Lisa is a member and former chair of the Legal and Legislative Committee and a member of the Conference Planning Committee of the Profit Sharing/401(k) Council of America.
