isa M. Schoedel is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and has extensive experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications, and in patent litigation. Her litigation has involved a wide variety of technologies including electronic circuits, telecommunications, consumer products, and software.

Prior to joining Jenner & Block, Ms. Schoedel worked as an electronics engineer for McDonnell Douglas Corporation (now The Boeing Company) and as an environmental engineer for Shell Oil Company. She later worked at a patent boutique law firm and as in-house patent counsel for NAVTEQ North America, LLC.

Ms. Schoedel is currently Chair of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Women in Engineering Chicago Chapter.
