Lisa Usry’s practice is concentrated on commercial real estate and secured transactions, commercial leasing, and asset and stock transactions. She regularly represents commercial real estate developers, borrowers, lenders, title insurers, and purchasers and sellers in a variety of real estate and commercial transactions.

Lisa’s experience includes advising clients on real estate and commercial transactions such as the purchase and sale of approximately 300,000 acres across five states, the purchase of property spanning three counties by a major automobile manufacturer, the purchase of multiple health-care facilities for a hospital client, and the purchase and sale of low-income housing developments, automobile dealerships, restaurants, telecommunications companies, and both residential and commercial developments.

Prior to joining the firm, Lisa also served as General Counsel for an aerospace company where she worked regularly with government customers and government contracting processes related to the purchase and sale of aircraft.
