Lisa has developed a practice that concentrates in private activity bond financings and governmental bond financings. Her practice in private activity bond financings includes financings for retirement living facilities, hospitals, educational institutions, historical foundations and other nonprofit organizations. In addition, her experience in governmental bond financings includes general obligation issues, revenue pledge issues, moral obligation financings, community development authorities and governmental leases, including building leases, equipment leases and energy equipment leases. She has served as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel, lender's counsel, trustee's counsel, borrower's counsel and issuer's counsel on numerous tax-exempt financings in Virginia, Washington D.C., North Carolina, Tennessee and Kansas.
