Liz Do is an associate in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she practices corporate and securities law. She works with both public and private companies on general corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and venture capital financings.

During law school, Liz served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Charles R. Breyer of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. While pursuing her B.A. in political science at Stanford University, Liz conducted field research in Cambodia and produced an honors thesis relating to the treatment of ethnic Vietnamese during the Khmer Rouge regime.
