Lori Hinnant is a partner in the firm’s Research Triangle Park office, where she is a member of the Environmental, Land and Natural Resources practice group. Ms. Hinnant’s practice encompasses a broad spectrum of regulatory law and administrative litigation providing a wide range of services to the food and beverage, chemical, energy, utility, mining, pharmaceutical and life sciences, petroleum/C-stores, agribusiness, financial institutions, and health care industries. Ms. Hinnant supports M&A teams by conducting regulatory due diligence and permitting compliance reviews. She also helps clients in obtaining construction and operating permits and provides representation in enforcement matters.
