Lou Rubino has more than 33 years of experience in business, finance, real estate and tax transactions. He has handled numerous purchase and sale transactions for business owners and real estate owners. His clients include buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate professionals, title companies and businesses.

A significant portion of Lou's practice involves the representation of financial institutions and other secured creditors in the restructure and workout of financing matters. Clients in this area have included some of the major lenders in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware.

Another portion of Lou's practice involves representing business owners and individuals in business transactions, particularly involving tax issues. Lou has represented a number of taxpayers with respect to audits and tax-related issues involving the Internal Revenue Service and the New Jersey Division of Taxation. Lou has also been involved in merger and acquisition transactions on behalf of buyers and sellers.

Lou handles commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution of business matters. He also works on family law matters as well as probate matters for individual clients and fiduciaries in New Jersey. Family law matters include divorce, custody, support and property distribution issues. Probate matters include estate administration, probate litigation and the preparation of Wills, Trusts and other estate-related documents.
