Louis Vitali is a shareholder in the Corporate & Securities Practice and the REIT Industry group of Greenberg Traurig’s New York office. He represents private equity real estate funds and public and private limited partnerships in connection with their formation and investment activities, including joint ventures, equity and debt financings and acquisition and disposition activities - both in the United States and Europe.

He is experienced in the negotiation of real estate joint venture transactions on behalf of real estate funds involving office development projects, multi-family and industrial property acquisition programs and "land bank" ventures. Louis also counsels real estate investment funds on domestic and international acquisition structuring and in connection with their ERISA and UBTI analyses.
