He regularly works with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device clients at all stages of development on such matters as collaborations, technology licensing, spin-outs, divestitures, asset purchases, research and development projects, and supply, manufacturing, and distribution arrangements.
Lowell also represents venture capital firms investing in technology-based businesses, including life sciences, alternative energy, and e-commerce.
