Ms. Bergman’s practice focuses on prosecution of trademark applications for registration in the United States and coordinating international registration, providing clients with analysis of conflicting marks, drafting licenses of intellectual property rights, and counseling clients on various trademark and copyright issues. Her experience also includes exploitation of trademarks and copyrights, advising on marketing and advertising, enforcing intellectual property rights, and resolving disputes.
