Lyndon advises businesses from a wide variety of industries on a broad spectrum of corporate and transactional issues. Known to his clients as an informed and experienced businessman who is also a lawyer, he helps them with corporate and commercial matters including securities, buying and selling businesses, and creating and organizing new lines of business.

He often serves as general counsel to his clients, advising them on matters such as executive compensation, corporate contracts, joint ventures and strategic alliances, and technology licensing.

Lyndon has extensive securities experience and leverages his background in advising clients on a broad range of related matters. His work in this area includes preparing limited or private offering documents for offerings exempt from registration under federal and state securities laws, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements under federal and state securities laws, and advising clients as to initial and secondary public offerings, proxy fights, and tender offers.

As a lecturer and panelist at continuing legal education seminars sponsored by the Utah State Bar and others, Lyndon educates individuals starting businesses on the types of business organizations and the relative advantages and disadvantages of each and on various business and securities law topics. He has acted as a registered lobbyist to represent his clients' interests before the Utah State Legislature. As a result of his membership on the Centerville City Planning and Zoning Commission and extensive business law background, Lyndon has expertise in representing clients' zoning and planning interests before local governmental authorities.
