Lynelle K. Bosworth focuses her practice on matters pertaining to health care, regulatory and governmental affairs. Prior to joining the firm, Lynelle was associate counsel for the Health Committee of the New York State Assembly where she advised the Assembly Speaker and the Health Committee Chair on budgetary and policy priorities regarding Medicaid, public health and federal health care reform as well as drafted and negotiated legislation on critical policy issues. Lynelle also served as counsel to the Corporations, Authorities and Commissions Committee and Transportation Committee of the New York State Assembly. She has represented clients in election law matters, including initiating and providing defense in Article 78 and appellate proceedings.
