Madeleine E. Greene

Madeleine Greene’s practice focuses on representing high-tech companies in complex intellectual property litigation. She brings an insider’s knowledge to developing effective legal strategies and providing practical solutions in domestic patent litigation matters.

Ms. Greene’s work in offensive and defensive patent litigation has encompassed a diverse array of technical fields, including network security, video compression, Internet applications, computer hardware and software, and housewares. Before coming to law firms, she was a litigator in the legal division of Google Inc., where she was involved in smartphone-related litigation and regulatory actions pending before the European Commission and the Federal Trade Commission.

Ms. Greene earned her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law, and her B.A. in law and society from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where she graduated with dean’s honors.
