Madeline Fogel defends clients in complex civil litigation in the areas of mass tort and product liability, general liability and casualty, and commercial matters. She represents Fortune 500 companies, closely held corporations, and individuals in Illinois and Missouri – including the counties of Cook, Madison, and St. Clair – and the city of St. Louis.

Madeline’s experience in civil litigation defense includes responding to discovery, drafting motions, and conducting depositions of fact witnesses and experts.

While in law school, Madeline worked as a research assistant to Dean Gary Myers at the University of Missouri School of Law.

Madeline was a member of the swim team at the University of Arkansas. She enjoys watching sports, spending time outdoors, and baking.
