Maha Amircani

A Georgia native born to immigrant parents from Egypt, Maha represents clients in state and federal court litigation as well as administrative proceedings. Her practice specializes in the areas of civil litigation, immigration, and unemployment appeals.

Maha obtained her B.A. in International Affairs from The University of Georgia with a concentration on Human Rights. She then attended law school at Georgia State University where she graduated Cum Laude. While in law school, Maha worked with the ACLU’s Immigrant Rights and National Security Project, the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation’s Domestic Violence Project, and clerked for the immigration law firm Cohen and Associates. In addition to her law practice, Maha has also acted as a legislative consultant for the Georgia Bureau of Investigations.
