Manish S. Antani concentrates his international practice on M&A, private equity, joint ventures, and licensing and distribution agreements, with a strong emphasis in technology and apparel. He also has significant venture capital experience, including drafting and negotiating governing documents for target companies as well as investors, as well as joint venture experience that includes drafting and negotiating JV agreements in a variety of industries in connection with domestic and international deals.

Mr. Antani previously held leadership positions with the multinational Chamber of Commerce, where he worked on U.S.-India business alliances. He was also a member of the U.S.-India Political Action Committee.

Mr. Antani has been interviewed as an expert on Indian business, legal, and political issues by the Wall Street Journal, foreign affiliates of CNN and CNBC, The Epoch Times, Treasury & Risk Magazine, and other domestic and international media outlets.

During law school, Mr. Antani was a member of an international moot court. He is fluent in Gujarati.
