Marc D’Annunzio is a member of the Financial Services & Products Group. Marc focuses his practice on complex corporate and commercial transactions—mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances and new product launches—both within and outside the U.S. for companies in the payments industry, including banks, transaction processors, ISOs, merchants and B2B payment service providers. In doing so, he combines a thorough knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and payment association rules with a pragmatic, results-focused approach. Marc has been designated as a Certified Payments Professional by the Electronic Transactions Association, one of the leading organizations representing the payments industry.

Marc also has significant experience in corporate governance, venture capital and private equity investments, licensing, and general corporate and commercial counseling.

Marc earned his J.D., cum laude, and his B.A., with distinction, in economics and history from the University of Michigan.
