Mr. Cavan’s experience includes jury trials, ANDA litigation, arbitrations, and proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). Mr. Cavan is registered before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. Mr. Cavan is also experienced with trade secret litigation and has advised on IP issues for significant healthcare M&A transactions.
