Marc Rosenberg is a partner in the bankruptcy, reorganization and creditors’ rights group at Golenbock Eiseman Assor Bell & Peskoe LLP. He has worked on all aspects of bankruptcy and creditors’ rights matters on behalf of a diverse client base for more than 20 years. He regularly represents financially distressed companies, and purchasers of and investors in such companies, in both out-of-court restructurings and bankruptcy cases. He also represents liquidators, receivers, secured and unsecured creditors, creditors’ committees, lenders, landlords and tenants in bankruptcy and distressed situations including related transactions and litigation. Marc has a wide breadth of industry experience, including retail and apparel, energy, healthcare, manufacturing, media and real estate, among others.
