Marc J. Marotta

Marc J. Marotta is a partner and business lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. Mr. Marotta represents public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and recapitalizations, and public and private equity and debt financings. He has represented a wide variety of manufacturers, utilities, biotechnology and service companies, as well as both national and regional underwriters.
