Marianne Casserly is a partner in the Litigation & Trial Practice Group. She litigates a wide variety of corporate business disputes, including claims of breach of contract, deceptive and unfair trade practices, breach of fiduciary duty, professional malpractice, and tortious interference with contract. Marianne also has particular expertise in litigating matters specific to the wireless telecommunications industry, including disputes concerning the routing of telecommunications traffic, tower leasing disputes, cramming claims, TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) litigation, and other suits arising under the federal telecommunications laws. In addition to representing clients in civil litigation matters, Marianne also represents clients in government investigations before federal government agencies, including the Department of Homeland Security, the Federal Communications Commission, and the Department of Justice.

Marianne received her J.D. from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law and her B.A. in English/communications, summa cum laude, from St. Francis College in Loretto, Pennsylvania. While in college and law school, Marianne served in the U.S. Army Reserve as an enlisted soldier, assisting U.S. Army JAG attorneys in Virginia and Maryland.
