Marilyn Martin-Culver is partner with the Litigation practice group in the Orange County office. She has experience in civil business litigation, including complex actions in contract, business torts and real property. Ms. Martin-Culver also has extensive experience in various alternative dispute resolution procedures.
Ms. Martin-Culver has handled a variety of complex litigation matters, including successful summary adjudication, and the representation of clients in matters involving class actions, computer software disputes, unfair competition (Business & Professions Code §17200), alleged toxic substances, construction defects, soils engineering, and various business fraud claims.
Prior to joining Manatt, Ms. Martin-Culver recently completed a term on the Board of Directors of the Orange County Bar Association. She also served on the Board of Directors of the Federal Bar Association of Orange County and the Orange County Women Lawyers Association. In addition, she was a member of the State Bar Task Force on Complex Litigation.
