Marina McGuire focuses her practice in the areas of products liability and environmental and toxic tort litigation. Her practice is predominantly concentrated on the defense of large companies involved in complex litigation, including pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, in both federal and state court.

Prior to entering private practice, Ms. McGuire served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Bruce A. Gaeta, J.S.C., of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen Vicinage. In addition, she was temporarily assigned as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Charles J. Walsh, J.S.C., also of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen Vicinage.

Ms. McGuire is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey and before the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey.
