Marissa Cohen practices primarily in the area of complex commercial litigation, with experience in both state and federal courts. She has considerable experience in the discovery phase of litigation.

Marissa also has taken on several pro bono representations throughout her career in the areas of veterans affairs and family law. She is a member of the New York City Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association and is an active alumna of the Cardozo School of Law.
