My practice is focused on high-stakes commercial litigation with a concentration in financial services, capital markets, structured finance, and private investor litigation. That concentration has placed me at the center of several complex—and at times high-profile—legal battles, including:

*The ongoing litigation concerning Lehman Brothers and its purchase, sale, and securitization of residential mortgage loans (as counsel for Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc.);

*The legal proceedings before the Commercial Division of the Supreme Court of New York, to approve the $8.5 billion Bank of New York Mellon – Bank of America settlement for residential mortgage backed securities claims (as counsel for lead objector, AIG);

*Litigation against RMBS trustees and mortgage servicers for improper servicing and inadequate oversight (as counsel to private investors);

*Litigation concerning disputed terms in indentures and offering materials (as counsel to private investors).
