Mark A. Clayton

Mark A. Clayton focuses his practice on gaming regulatory matters, including those related to land based gaming, internet gaming and the manufacturing and distribution of gaming equipment. He also focuses on gaming legislation and regulatory projects. He represents clients with matters concerning gaming in U.S. and international jurisdictions. Mark has wide-ranging experience in the gaming industry, and has served as an executive and as counsel for many casino corporations prior to joining the firm. He is a former member of the Nevada State Gaming Control Board.
