Mark Villanueva represents clients in commercial litigation matters, having amassed extensive litigation experience at the trial and appellate levels in state and federal courts and in arbitration proceedings. He has worked with companies in numerous industries, including energy, oil and gas, banking, pharmaceutical and health care.

Mark also has significant experience in the insurance coverage field in areas such as directors and officers liability, professional liability, employment practices liability and mass torts. His insurance work includes risk-management counseling, claims negotiation, alternative dispute resolution and litigation.

In addition to his litigation and insurance work, Mark also counsels clients in the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts, distribution agreements and franchise agreements.

Prior to joining Stradley Ronon, Mark was a partner at another large mid-Atlantic law firm. He clerked for the Honorable Paul S. Diamond of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. While in law school, Mark served as an editor for The Catholic University Law Review.
