Mark Janoff

is a corporate associate in Orrick's Silicon Valley office and a member of the Technology Companies group. Mr. Janoff advises high growth technology companies and venture capital firms in many areas, including corporate and securities law, corporate formations, venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to receiving his J.D. from Stanford Law School, Mr. Janoff spent four years at MIT Lincoln Laboratory where he conducted mission planning and analysis of missile defense system tests. Mr. Janoff has also conducted research at the National Solar Observatory and NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center, and during law school, interned for eBay’s Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel.
