Mark Eagan is a Real Estate partner resident in our New York office. In 2001, Mark founded our European real estate practice which he managed until his return to New York in September 2012. He practices in the areas of real estate and real estate finance, concentrating his practice on complex joint venture structuring, real estate mergers and acquisitions and restructurings. He has represented institutional investors, foreign and domestic banks and pension funds, investment banks, public and private REIT's, and a variety of other commercial real estate investors and lenders.
