Mr. Gardberg concentrates his practice in corporate and transactional business matters, primarily in mergers and acquisitions, real estate deals, debt- and equity-financings, and asset sales.

He has also represented clients in corporate and litigation matters, including a variety of federal licensing, immigration, and employment law matters.
Mr. Gardberg has handled simple and complex transactional matters all over the world, including deals stateside in Southern and Northern Nevada, Florida, and New York, and deals overseas in Great Britain, Czech Republic, Slovakia, the Ukraine, Hungary, Croatia, Macedonia, and the United Arab Emirates. His clients include Fortune 500 companies, national and international banks, real estate developers, construction companies, established and start-up technology companies, manufacturers, and private and state charter schools. He also previously spent five years in Geneva, Switzerland overseeing a mass-claims compensation program reimbursing claimants for World War II-era property losses.

Mr. Gardberg received his J.D. from the University of California at Berkeley (Boalt Hall School of Law) in 1996, finishing in the Top 10%, and his B.A., summa cum laude, from Georgetown University in 1991. He is licensed to practice in the States of Nevada, Florida, New York and California.
