Mark Tindall's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts. His experience covers all aspects of litigation, from discovery through all phases of trial preparation, including factual and legal research and motion practice.

Mark's experience also includes significant roles in internal corporate investigations, government investigations, and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act compliance and training.

In addition, Mark's practice includes defending one of the three national credit reporting agencies in the United States against individual consumer litigation brought under the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act.
