Mark J. Diliberti is a partner and intellectual property lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. Mr. Diliberti counsels clients on all aspects of intellectual property including trademarks, copyrights, licensing, enforcement, litigation and advertising. He is vice chair of the Trademark, Copyright & Advertising Practice.
