Mark is an associate in the New York office’s Dispute Resolution group. His practice focuses on advising clients who are faced with complex legal disputes. Mark has advised clients from a wide range of industry verticals, including in matters arising out of breach of contract, real estate investments, operating agreements, employment agreements, civil RICO claims, and copyright infringement.

Prior to joining WFW, Mark was an associate in the New York office of Mishcon de Reya and a litigation attorney in the New York office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP where he represented Fortune 500 companies in complex commercial litigation and antitrust matters.
