Marla Tun Reschly is an experienced trial attorney and a partner in the firm’s Charlotte office. She represents corporate clients in federal and state courts and focuses her practice on commercial litigation, white collar law matters, and government contract disputes. She has conducted numerous internal investigations and has represented clients in government enforcement actions. Prior to joining K&L Gates, Marla was a trial attorney with the Commercial Litigation Branch of the U.S. Department of Justice. In that role, she litigated commercial disputes on behalf of federal agencies. Marla is licensed to practice law in North Carolina and Illinois.
