Martin Clarke is the leader of Dickstein Shapiro’s Corporate & Finance Practice. Marty regularly represents private equity funds as well as public and private companies with mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. He also counsels corporate clients and emerging companies in connection with numerous business transactions, including joint ventures, restructuring, and debt and equity financing. He has been included in The Best Lawyers in America, Chambers USA, Legal 500, and New York magazine’s list of “The New York Area’s Best Lawyers.”
