Martin Vigodnier

Martin Vigodnier represents clients in a broad range of employment law and labor matters. Examples of his recent successes include:

Obtaining a post-secondary school violence restraining order for a university client against an individual harassing the client’s students that was for multiple years and spanned across the client’s various campuses
Defending an arbitration dispute in the client’s favor by proving the client’s discharge of an employee was for cause

During law school, Martin was an extern for the Los Angeles office of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and was awarded the prestigious Peggy Browning Fellowship to work for the Washington, D.C. office of the Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA), a sister agency to the NLRB. He was awarded a College of Law scholarship from 2012 to 2015.
