Mary Lynne Grigg

Mary is a member of the firm’s energy industry team. With more than 20 years of experience in the utility field, Mary counsels energy and telecommunications companies on a wide range of matters involving regulation, litigation, and legislative matters. Mary was formerly in-house counsel for a major electric utility and since 1999, has specialized in utility law in private practice. Her legal practice concentrates on representing utilities in complex regulatory matters including rate making, certificates of public convenience and necessity, codes of conduct and fuel adjustment applications.
