Mary M. Reil

Mary Reil has extensive experience in the areas of employee benefits and executive compensation. She has worked closely with clients to develop and implement qualified retirement plans, executive compensation packages, nonqualified benefit plans, deferred compensation arrangements (including Rabbi and secular trusts), and welfare benefit plans. She also has helped public and private employers implement equity-based compensation plans, including ESOPS, statutory and nonstatutory stock options, and employee stock purchase plans. She also has experience representing purchasers and sellers in M&A transactions with respect to employee benefit and executive compensation issues.

Mary served as vice chair of the Fiduciary Responsibility, Administration and Litigation Committee of the Employee Benefit Plans and Other Compensation Arrangements Group of the American Bar Association Section of Real Property, Probate and Trust Law. She is also a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, and the WEB Worldwide Employee Benefits Network.
