Matthew (Matt) Argenti is an associate in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he primarily focuses on intellectual property litigation. He has litigated cases both in federal courts and before the International Trade Commission. Those cases have involved a variety of technology areas, including network security, anti-virus software, Internet telephony, enterprise portal software, plasma lighting, pharmaceuticals, and semiconductors. Matt also represents clients in adversarial proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, including inter partes reexaminations on behalf of both patentee and requestor. Prior to attending law school, Matt worked in the memory products division of Cypress Semiconductor for three years.
