Matthew Dickman is a partner in Kirkland’s Private Funds Group. He advises institutional and independent sponsors on a broad range of matters, including the formation, management and reorganization of investment funds, as well as secondary transactions, regulatory compliance and internal economic and governance matters. He also has experience advising clients on securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions.
