Matthew E. Jassak is senior counsel and a real estate business lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. Mr. Jassak works on a variety of matters, including condominium formation, fractional ownership plans, private residence clubs, non-equity clubs, hotel acquisitions and conversions, state and federal filings, advertising, golf membership programs and other related matters. He counsels clients on compliance with state regulatory requirements in the registration, sale and marketing of resort development projects. He is a member of the firm's Real Estate, Consumer Financial Services, and Transactional & Securities Practices as well as the Hospitality, Resort & Golf and Health Care Industry Teams.

Mr. Jassak also handles commercial litigation, general civil litigation and has experience in wind and solar project development, as well as acquisitions and financings of such projects. He has experience in a wide variety of corporate law matters, including corporate formation, corporate operations and governance, technology and other contract drafting, review and negotiation, mergers and acquisitions, and capital raising transactions.
