Matthew Hosford is a member of the firm’s Health Care Law practice, with a focus on representing client interests in corporate, contractual and transactional matters. Matthew has a wide range of experience providing legal services to hospitals, ambulance providers, physicians, nursing homes, home care agencies, trade associations and other non-health care clients with business and transactional needs.

Contracts on which Matthew has advised clients run the gamut, from asset purchase and sale agreements and stock purchase agreements, to vendor contracting, consulting and employment agreements. He has particular experience with commercial leases for office and retail space, representing both landlords and tenants.

In the area of corporate law, Matthew’s practice involves the formation of corporate entities; preparation of corporate organizational documents such as bylaws, shareholder, operating, partnership and joint venture agreements; and execution of corporate dissolutions and mergers. Matthew’s representation includes guiding clients through the formation of not-for-profits and obtaining state and federal tax exempt status.
