Matthew R. Eason co-founded Eason & Tambornini in 1996. Inspired by his core belief that the practice of law should be a profession rather than a profit-center, he started the firm to help individuals against insurance companies and large corporations in ways that other law firms do not. With this singular goal in mind, Matthew has been leveling the playing field and representing individuals in personal injury, workers’ compensation, and employment law cases for the past 25 years.

As a litigator, his philosophy has always been that that no fight is too large or small. With that, he has fought over 100 trials and represented Olympic hopeful athletes in international litigation matters.
