Matt Hindman focuses his practice on the representation of committees of unsecured creditors, indenture trustees, secured creditors, unsecured creditors, bondholders, noteholders, liquidation trustees, plan administrators, and disbursing agents and other entities in bankruptcy reorganizations, liquidation proceedings, and bankruptcy-related litigation. Mr. Hindman speaks proficient German.

Mr. Hindman was named a 2014 Washington, D.C. “Rising Star” in the area of “Bankruptcy: Business” by Super Lawyers magazine.

In 2011, Mr. Hindman was selected as Kilpatrick Townsend’s Pro Bono Associate of the Year.
