Matthew Dana is a partner who practices exclusively in the area of wealth preservation, including estate planning, asset protection planning, and retirement planning. He is the founding partner of well-known Scottsdale estate planning firm, the Dana Law Firm, that merged with Quarles & Brady in 2014.
In order to remain on the cutting edge of his practice, Matt constantly monitors recent developments and Tax Court cases, and he attends numerous national estate planning conferences each year. He has developed relationships with other professionals throughout the country, which gives him insight into strategies that benefit his clients. Matt has counseled thousands of clients who have sought estate planning and asset protection advice, ranging from modest estates to the extremely wealthy. Many of his clients are multimillionaires, including some with a net worth in excess of $50 million.
