Max A. Goodman

Max A. Goodman is special counsel in the New York office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and a member of the firm’s Tax Group.Mr. Goodman’s practice focuses on the tax aspects of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions (both public and private) as well as bankruptcies and out-of-court financial restructurings. He also has significant experience advising on tax issues relating to debt and equity offerings and lending transactions.
