She has significant litigation experience spanning a vast array of technologies, including medical devices, software, telecommunications and automotive technologies. Ms. Woodworth has represented clients in cases before numerous district courts, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and the International Trade Commission. She has also authored and co-authored dozens of appellate briefs, and has argued several cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
