Meghan has represented corporations in state and federal courts in products liability cases and commercial litigation since beginning her career with McGuireWoods in 2004. Her work with manufacturers and in the oil & gas, banking, communications, and transportation industries has involved disputes regarding construction and other contracts, premises liability, and ERISA and real estate matters. She has developed subspecialties in food safety, laws applicable to municipal airports and public authorities, and risk management for retirement communities.

Meghan’s community involvement has included service on non-profit boards, membership in local philanthropic organizations, grassroots activism, and extensive pro bono work. Before attending law school, she spent a number of years in the publishing industry.
