Melissa practices in the area of labor and employment, representing employers in all areas of employment law, including matters involving non-compete litigation, whistleblower actions, wage and hour violations, and wrongful discharge claims under Title VII, the ADA, the ADEA, and FMLA.
She clerked for the Honorable Stanley P. Klein of the Circuit Court of Virginia from 2007 to 2008. Melissa was a moot court and trial advocacy national team member and chair of the Judges Committee at George Mason University School of Law. She is a recipient of the Roger F. Aubrey “Northstar” Award for outstanding student performance.
